What do I need to do when I want to move out?
You can move out at any time during your payment period, you just need to give us 14 days written notice to move out of storage. This ensures you don’t lose any of your security deposit, and any unused rent is refunded back to you.
You also need to confirm when you have emptied your room. Please leave the room in the same condition as when you began renting it and remove your padlock from the door before leaving the store. If you have given us the required written notice but leave the padlock on the door on the day you were due to move out, we will presume you have changed your mind and need to continue your storage and we will continue to charge you for your storage usage.
What are the Guides to Self Storage and Vehicle Parking?
The Guides to Self Storage contain advice and guidance on how to use the store, the terms and conditions for our additional services and for the room(s) or Smart Offices being rented. These terms and conditions are related to the Customer Licence and / or Smart Office Licence that is signed at the point of move in. In addition, the Guides also contain the details of the Insurance Cover Policy, should you have purchased the insurance cover offered by March Self Store Ltd
Where can I leave a review?
We welcome any feedback from our customers and are committed to providing a high quality of service. Feedback can be left on google. During December of each year, we hold a raffle, and the winner wins a hamper of goodies worth around £130. But when leaving a review, please use a name we can identify you by, as we cannot communicate through google review.
Can I view the facilities before moving in?
Yes, however we are following guidance on social distancing and have made some temporary changes to our opening hours in accordance with this. Please call the office 01354 661999 for information
We would recommend calling the office in advance to arrange a time and date to be shown around.

And don’t worry if you get the room size wrong, you can always upsize or downsize upon arrival, if we have availability.
