Free trolleys, always on site

Moving in is the heaviest day you'll have, so we don't charge you for the things that make it easier. For indoor units, our trolleys inside the warehouse are free to use both downstairs and upstairs on every visit. There's no booking and no deposit. Simply turn up, use the trolley you need, and return it to the trolley bay when you're done.

If you're bringing boxes up to an upper-floor indoor room, there's a lift inside the building, so you're not carrying anything up stairs.

We can take in deliveries for you

If you've got something moderately sized being delivered occasionally and you can't be there to sign for it, we can receive it during office hours and keep it safe until you're next on site. You don't need to be present.

For regular deliveries, please contact the office for further arrangements. Please note all deliveries that require our input should be pre-arranged with us first.

Boxes, packaging and padlocks on site

You don't need to order anything in advance or make a separate trip. We keep boxes, packing materials and padlocks in stock at the office, so if you run out halfway through a move you can buy what you need while you're here.

Access from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week

You can get to your unit 06:00 to 22:00, every day of the week, including bank holidays.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 17:30, and Saturday 09:00 to 16:30. We're closed on bank holidays, though site access still runs as normal.

Security that doesn't rely on anyone remembering to lock up

Our site is gated with electronic access and ANPR number plate recognition, so we know exactly which vehicles come and go. CCTV runs 24 hours a day, inside the building and across the compound, and the yard is floodlit.

Every indoor room is on a twin alarm system, one covering the building and a second covering your individual room, and you get into yours with your own PIN code. Nobody else has it.

Parking, drive-up units and accessibility

There's free parking on site, subject to availability. If you've taken an outside container, you can usually drive right up to the door of your unit, which makes loading and unloading a great deal simpler when you're moving something bulky.

The site has disabled access, and the indoor lift means upper-floor rooms are reachable without stairs.

No hidden fees

The price we quote is the price you pay. There's no admin fee, no exit fee and no charge for using our indoor-room warehouse trolleys, and our price match guarantee means you won't find the same thing cheaper locally.

Indoor rooms start at £5.95 per week, and we currently have 50% off for the first eight weeks on selected units.

PO Box service from £3 per week

If you sell online, a PO Box with us keeps your home address off the internet. It's £3 per week and it works alongside a storage unit or entirely on its own.
